Over the Brazos
The
talent has been abundant from week #1. Fossil Rim along with Michelle
Lee from 92.1 KTFW has executed a fun, family friendly event that
has drawn Singers/Songwriters from all over the Lone star state
as well as surrounding states. Each week a panel of celebrity judges
and the audience has had the difficult task of choosing a the best
singer/songwriter out of a dozen or so competitors. November 11th
will feature 11 of the most talented men and women you've heard
in awhile.
This
is a "Don't
miss" event! Bring the lawn
chairs, blankets, kids, pets and coolers, and come hungry because
the Overlook café will
be serving delicious food and drinks! On November 11th the weekly
winners will all compete for the grand prize which includes studio
time and art work for a CD, donated by Lone Star Sound in Lake
Whitney. Jay Black at Black's Pawn Shop has donated a new Kona
Acoustical
guitar, Jimmy Pierce of Squaw Creek Western Shop has donated a
custom made hat , a silver buckle has been provided by Rainbow's
very own
Terry Starnes and Squaw Creek Silver and a Special Guided Behind
the Scenes Tour of Fossil Rim Wildlife Center for the winner and
11 of his family and friends with Dr. Pat Condy, Executive Director.

Talent Search will be centered around families, fun and the beauty
of amazing live music among the sparkling fountains, rolling
hills
and huge shade trees of Shanley Park in Granbury. You never know,
you and your vote may play an integral part in sculpting and
molding the career of the next big country superstar! |
