You can find rustic cabins, a restroom building, a shower building, classrooms and hiking trails. Camps are reserved for groups of at least 10 people and can be arranged by calling Cheryl at 254-867-2960 ext 312. There needs to be one adult for each 12 children attending the camp.

Your day begins by checking into your cabin and then the fun starts. Wolf Ridge Camp offers a hands-on learning adventure focusing on wildlife, wild lands and the complex issues of biodiversity in Texas, and around the world.

Wolf Ridge campers enjoy an exciting outdoor experience, learn the story behind endangered species, and return home with a new understanding of how they can make a difference in the world today.

Your group can participate in such activities as hiking our nature trail, using a blow pipe to dart a target, track an animal electronically, exploring horns and antlers and generally having a great time. All the while you will be discovering everything from global issues to backyard conservation. The Fossil Rim experience will generate feelings of concern for the environment that will last a lifetime.
