November
brings Thanksgiving and we at Fossil Rim
have so much to be thankful for. Mostly we are thankful
for all our wonderful supporters. You, our newsletter
reader, deserve a great big “Thank You” for
your support in being loyal subscribers.
We’ve
put together this “special thanks” page
of short expressions and photos for you to enjoy.
Happy
Thanksgiving.

Dave
Thompson's Last Story
Dave
Thompson’s last story to
us was
written in the summer. The last time I saw him he had inquired
about
when
it was to run in this e-newsletter. In the spirit of remembering
a kind friend with a great sense of humor I am honored to share
it with you now. continued |

Rhino
Ballet
Well,
maybe that is a bit much, but you would be surprised
to learn just how agile these great beasts can be. They can
run at speeds up to 35 miles per hour, I sure wouldn't want
to try to outrun one. continued |

The
Lodge and Safari Camp are still running a $99 special through
February.
Our weekends are booked but think about coming mid-week.
Instead of hitting the mall, stay with us and reflect on
the Holidays. During the week it is quieter. You still get
treated to the wonderful breakfast buffet and there is plenty
of time for observing the animals that wander just a short
distance away. Treat yourself – you deserve a break
for the Holidays.
