SKILLS WORKSHOP
Bike Workshop and Tour at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center

What: A full day workshop where riders can learn more advanced skills. Topics range from repairing flats, adjusting bikes for optimal performance, tools recommended for trail riding and cross country-riding instruction. Come experience a close-up view of some of the world’s most endangered species while learning all the necessary skills to make the most of your mountain biking experience. All bikers will need to bring a bike in good running condition and a helmet, which is mandatory.

When: Saturday, March 26, 2005, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Cost: $100 per person. Includes lunch, t-shirt, and snacks.

About Fossil Rim: The not-for-profit Fossil Rim Wildlife Center is a 1,800 acre facility that specializes in captive-breeding programs for endangered and threatened animal species. Fossil Rim is located in Glen Rose, Texas, southwest of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
