Animal Fact
An ostrich on two legs can run faster than a horse on four legs, but it cannot run as far. After about a half hour, it slows down. Taking 15-foot strides, the ostrich runs about 30 miles an hour. |

Bird in the Hand
We are gearing up and are optimistic for our next breeding season of Attwater's Prairie Chickens. Twenty-four (24) pairs are established that will hopefully produce many eggs for us.
